About International Shipping

  • Can you explain the customs and import duties that may have to be incurred by customers?

When an order arrives at its destination country, customs and import duties will be applied to it. Unfortunately, we cannot control these charges, as these tariffs are managed by each country and varies from country to country. As customers, you will have to pay these tariffs when you receive your order.
Tariffs and taxes are nonrefundable; if you’re unable to receive your order for any reason, we will refund what you paid for the items, but we will not be able to refund the customs and import duties charged.
Because of these tariffs, you might also be asked to present a proof of identification (eg. A national ID or tax ID) when you receive your order. Please make sure you have a proof of identification that meets your country’s requirement, so you’re prepared to receive your order and pay the tariffs.
