If you want to return an item, you must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.

Additionally, please pay close attention to the following two points.
1. The item must be in a good condition and the original tags must still be there for the item to be accepted.
2. You must also make sure that you send it back in the box you received it in originally, otherwise a return will not be accepted.
